PartyAftermath.com does not support people who have a criminal offense for pedophilia or any sex offense on a child. If you have such offenses then do not register.

If a user registers on our website with inaccurate information then our Terms of Service do not apply and will be null and void, excluding No Representations or Warranties; Limitations on Liability. Registering with fake information will get your account permanently banned and the account might be investigated for any deceptive or illegal use or practice.

Account Accuracy & Security

While registering and using the Web Site, you as the user agree to; provide PartyAftermath.com with complete, accurate, and updated information on your profile, account, and any other features on the Website; keep your password and identification strictly confidential; be fully responsible and liable for your account and the information provided by your account; and immediately update account information such as registration data fields and any other information that you transmit through the website.

Termination:

PartyAftermath.com reserves the right to delete, modify, or edit any information, data, or images on your account or that has been transmitted from your account at anytime, without notification, and with no reason given. We may also limit access to specific features on the Web Site or deactivate your account, depending on the situation or circumstance.

By accepting this Agreement or Using the Web Site, I, the user, therefore agree, accept, and understand the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy located on the website.

If you, as the user, disagree to any TERMS or Policies stipulated in the agreements, you therefore do not have permission to access and use the Website and any services offered by the Website.

Content Posted on Web Site by User

All users, whether registered or not, are responsible for submitting all data, information, files, or content through the website and are not allowed to submit, post, or share content that you are not authorized to do so. PartyAftermath.com reserves the right to delete, terminate, or hide the content posted on the website by any user without any given notice. During the use of the website, you as the user agree that you are only licensed the use of the Website and are not granted any rights of distribution. 

Users of the Web Site are responsible and liable for all content that they upload through PartyAftermath.com and can not distribute content that was not originally created by them or that they do not have permission to do so.

By registering, you grant, warrant, and agree the right to PartyAftermath.com that all content posted on Web Site, including images, graphics, text or information, or any other data passing through the website, is automatically irrevocable and non-exclusive. If you choose to remove your content from the Web Site, you acknowledge that PartyAftermath.com may keep archived duplicates of your information even after removal.

PartyAftermath.com supports the intellectual property of others and does not allow infringement on the Web Site. If you are the owner of some intellectual property and suspect that a user of the Web Site might be hosting it then you can contact us and we will investigate the issue. If the issue is found true then any content or images will either be deleted or disabled and the users account will be terminated or suspended.
