This coming Tuesday, March 3rd, 2009 at 9PM Ill Scarlett will be playing at Georgian College’s restaurant and pub, The Last Class.
There are only 200 tickets available that can be purchased on campus at the SAC office for $10 upstairs or $15 downstairs on the main level.

Next Saturday night, on March 7th at 7PM EST, UFC Fight Night #96 is being held from the Nationwide Arena in Columbus, Ohio for the third year in a row. There are many great lineups of fights for this night, however the main event with Quinton “Rampage” Jackson VS Keith “The Dean of Mean” Jardine is definitely going to stand out.
Rampage Jackson, the former UFC Light Heavyweight Champion, had a devastating best performance last December as he settled his rage with Wanderlei Silva on a stunning first round KO.
Jackson’s opponent, Jardine, isn’t going to be an easy fight though. He has competed and beat some of the most renowned fighters such as Chuck Liddell & Forrest Griffin.
Be sure to head downtown Barrie, as there will be a few clubs hosting the fight live on Pay Per View.

Barrie, Ontario is definitely becoming a great place for party nights downtown and an attraction for many people all across North America. It is surprising, considering Barrie’s population size, but it’s for sure turning into one of the hottest places to party in Ontario.
With that said, State of Shock, one of Canada’s top bands with the hit single “Money Honey”, is coming to Barrie to play downtown at The Mansion Nightclub on March 10th, 2009 at 8:00PM. Tickets are only $10.00 and can be purchased at Ticket Break!
What’s interesting about this band is their desire for music. They have a very interesting story on how they formed as a band, and the challenges and obstacles they faced to get to where they are today.
Nonetheless, this should be a great show to see some rock and roll, and to get out for a chance and have some fun.

That’s right, Default, the heavy metal rock band, is coming to Barrie @ The Mansion Nightclub on Thursday, March 5th 2009 at 8:00PM!
Default was originally discovered about 6 years ago by Chad Kroeger from Nickelback by listening to a demo tape. He enjoyed their music so much and saw potential that he offered to help them get more exposure. In the early days Chad took the band on some tours and now with three albums out to date, they’re a band that has sold well over a million dollars in record sales and has sold out their live shows on more than one occasion.
